Yes — submit your contact details at the end and we email you a PDF of the configuration plus the underlying assumptions. You can come back to it any time.

Will the price change after a site visit?

Accepted Answer

The configurator gives a ballpark within ±15% of the final estimate. A site visit firms it up — site access, ground conditions, party walls and existing structures all influence the final number.

Question 4

Are second-fix materials included?

Accepted Answer

No. As a deliberate cost-control choice, RCB lets clients supply their own second-fix materials (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tiles, paint). Our prices reflect this and exclude those items.

Is there a minimum project value?

Accepted Answer

Yes — RCB typically takes on projects from £6,000 upward. Smaller maintenance jobs are handled via our trade partners.
