RCB Design & Build is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead procurement registrations, tender responses, and supply chain development across Greater London and the South East. You will be responsible for winning work from housing associations, local authorities, main contractors, and property developers.

Requirements

3+ years in construction BD, bid management, or procurement
Experience with PQQs, ITTs, framework agreements, SQ submissions
Knowledge of housing association and local authority procurement
Familiar with Contracts Finder, ProContract, In-Tend, Constructionline
Understanding of CDM 2015, Building Safety Act, social value
Strong written English for bid responses and quality submissions
Based in or able to travel to Greater London
