Most refurbishments do not require planning permission unless you are changing the external appearance of the property. Building Regulations may apply if you are replacing windows, altering electrics, or carrying out structural work. We manage all necessary approvals.
We supply and install all structural and first-fix materials (timber, steel, plasterboard, cables, pipes). Finish materials such as tiles, kitchen units, worktops, flooring, sanitaryware, and light fittings are purchased by you.
